At Alaska Airlines, I served as the Marketing Lead for the Women in Technology Business Resource Group (BRG), where I helped promote events, strengthen employee engagement, and highlight career development opportunities across the organization. I also volunteered as a STEM educator during Aviation Day, introducing students to careers in aviation, technology, and design through hands-on coding activities and conversations about the many paths into the industry.

What I've Learned Mentoring the Next Generation of UX Designers
Outside of work, I give back as a design mentor on ADPList, where I coach aspiring and early-career designers on UX, portfolio storytelling, career strategy, and breaking into the industry. Whether I'm mentoring one-on-one, speaking with students, or creating learning experiences, I'm passionate about helping others build confidence, discover new possibilities, and grow meaningful careers.
