Over the years, more than 100 mentors, educators, and leaders helped me see possibilities and revealed that even a small act of guidance can change the course of someone’s life and career. We should create access and opportunities that empower and support future innovators to build their own paths.

I pay that forward by sharing what I have learned, creating access where I can, and helping future innovators feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported as they find their own path.
